Cozy and colorful basement with semi-private entrance. Full kitchen, full bath and laundry room. Amazing licensed massage therapist living upstairs. C lose to Snowbird/Alta ski areas, walking distance to ski bus. Includes use of infrared sauna and tanning booth. Apartment may not be safe for small children, but children are welcome. Private house with full 2-bedroom apartment in basement. Orchard in backyard with sofas and dining table on a patio, in warm season. Everything you need for skiing and exploring Salt Lake or a quick stopover night. One bedroom is a dedicated work space with a futon sleeper sofa. It is easy to convert the sofa to a bed, but very difficult to convert it back to a couch. Please ask for help or let me do it for you, or just leave it as a bed during your stay. I can set it up how you want it before you arrive. Full kitchen with everything you need to go gourmet. Full of all appliances, some special appliances stored elsewhere, you name it, we got it, including a Champion juicer. There are also many different types of coffee making devices, including a bean grinder. The TV has Roku, you need to log into your own accounts for any apps like Netflix, PrimeVideo, etc. Xbox360 with Kinect and 70 games, some kid-friendly games included. There are also many board games and puzzles. The infrared sauna is just what you need, whether it's after skiing and adventuring, before bed or just because it's awesome. The master bedroom features an oak tanning hut. Use it sparingly, just a couple of minutes at a time. There is also a sewing machine available, should you need it. In the second bedroom closet you'll find a supply of art supplies; small canvases, oil paint, watercolors and watercolor paper, and colored markers with an adult style coloring book. All for your use. Lots of books about the parks and camping. Great for studying on your tour of the national parks. Jen has massage therapy clients in a room above the second bedroom. Please respect the calm and quiet this requires. We can let you know when she has a client so it's just right for you. Entrance is through the main garage door in winter and around the back door with security keypad, weather permitting. Going to the back door can be a bit muddy in winter. Access through the garage means we will run into each other. We do puppies from time to time, so you may encounter dogs coming and going in the back yard. Please, please, please, please keep the side door closed at all times. Designated parking spaces in the driveway are clearly marked. We will respect your privacy, but we will need daily access to the basement for games, books, storage, maintenance, sprinkler system controls, furnace room, etc. We do require an online background screening costing about $40USD and a signed rental agreement.

Eric and Jennifer grew up on the east coast. Both came out west for work and skiing over 20 years ago. They met in Utah while adventuring and continue the journey of love. We live a healthy lifestyle, making all our own food, and we have an orchard in our yard. Jenn is unbelievably knowledgeable about alternative healthcare, ask her sometime.
